Hospital Voucher

We accept hospital vouchers! If you have a hospital voucher and you are unsure about the process, simply contact our friendly staff to find out if you can use it at Blue Tooth Dental.

The Oral Health Fee for Service Scheme (OHFFSS) allows public dental services in NSW to outsource treatment to private dental practitioners. OHFFSS vouchers may be given to eligible patients after triage or clinical assessment for the management of specific dental conditions. Vouchers are not the primary method of providing public dental services in NSW and are issued on a limited basis as required by the Local Health Districts.

Public dental service staff may give you a list of providers to contact in your own time. If you lose your list, you can find a provider on the OHFFSS website. Patients who have been given an OHFFSS voucher can use it with any provider registered for the scheme up until the expiry date.

Blue Tooth Dental provides services to Sydney (Sydney Dental Hospital), South Western Sydney, and Western Sydney Area Health Districts. For more information about the scheme, please see the Oral Health Fee For Service Scheme Brochure.
